Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce, plus extra for brushing
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Chopped fresh green onions, for garnish
  • Ranch dressing, for serving

How to Make

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Combine chicken, egg, bread crumbs, Parmesan, buffalo sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large bowl.
  2. Portion meat mixture into 1-inch meatballs. Place meatballs about 1/2 inch apart in a single layer into the air fryer basket lightly coated with cooking spray.
  3. Air fry until the meatballs are golden-brown and cooked through, flipping halfway through, about 10-12 minutes.
  4. Remove from air fryer and brush meatballs with additional buffalo sauce. Garnish with chopped green onions. Serve hot with ranch dressing.
