Air-Fryer Buffalo Chicken Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce, plus extra for brushing
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Chopped fresh green onions, for garnish
- Ranch dressing, for serving
How to Make
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Combine chicken, egg, bread crumbs, Parmesan, buffalo sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large bowl.
- Portion meat mixture into 1-inch meatballs. Place meatballs about 1/2 inch apart in a single layer into the air fryer basket lightly coated with cooking spray.
- Air fry until the meatballs are golden-brown and cooked through, flipping halfway through, about 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from air fryer and brush meatballs with additional buffalo sauce. Garnish with chopped green onions. Serve hot with ranch dressing.
