Cakey’s Marshmallow Bars

Ingredients
- 6 cups mini marshmallows
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 cups Gabby’s Dollhouse Rainbow Rings cereal
- 3 squares vanilla flavored candy coating
How to Make
- In a large pot, melt mini marshmallows and butter over low heat until completely melted, stirring continuously. Turn off heat. Add vanilla extract and stir to combine.
- Add in the Gabby’s Dollhouse Rainbow Rings and stir to thoroughly coat with the marshmallow mixture.
- Using greased hands (wash them first!), a greased spatula, or greased wax paper press warm marshmallow bars into a greased 13×9 pan. Let cool.
- Melt vanilla flavored candy coating according to package directions. Drizzle over the top of the bars. Once set, cut into 12 pieces.
