Cheesy Cat Ear Quesadillas
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 4 Servings

Ingredients
- 4 (10-inch) soft burrito flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup mild taco sauce
- 1 1/3 cups taco-style shredded cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Optional: sliced ripe olives, sour cream, chicken, bell peppers, green onions, avocado, guacamole
How to Make
- Place 2 tortillas on a cutting board and spread each with 2 tablespoons of taco sauce.
- Time for a sprinkle party! Sprinkle each tortilla with 2/3 cup of shredded cheese and top them with the remaining tortillas.
- With help from a grown-up, melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook one quesadilla for two minutes, or until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side for two minutes. Melt the remaining butter and follow the same steps for your second quesadilla.
- Have a grown-up help you cut the quesadillas into 8 triangular cat ears.
- Decorate your paw-tastic plate to look just like a cat with sour cream and sliced olives for eyes, green onion whiskers, and a taco sauce nose and mouth.
