Total Time: 30 minutes
Serves: 6
Ingredients
- 2 (5-ounce) cans tuna, drained
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded low-moisture whole milk mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 12 slider buns
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
How to Make
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine tuna, sour cream, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl until well combined.
- Slice all 12 rolls, without separating, horizontally in half. Place bottom halves in a 9×13-inch baking dish. Spread tuna mixture evenly over the bottom buns. Top with top buns and brush liberally with butter.
- Cover loosely with foil and bake until golden-brown and cheese is melted, about 15 to 20 minutes.
- Separate into individual sliders. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
