Cheesy Tuna Melt Sliders

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Total Time: 30 minutes

Serves: 6

Ingredients

  • 2 (5-ounce) cans tuna, drained
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded low-moisture whole milk mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 12 slider buns
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

How to Make

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine tuna, sour cream, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl until well combined.
  2. Slice all 12 rolls, without separating, horizontally in half. Place bottom halves in a 9×13-inch baking dish. Spread tuna mixture evenly over the bottom buns. Top with top buns and brush liberally with butter.
  3. Cover loosely with foil and bake until golden-brown and cheese is melted, about 15 to 20 minutes.
  4. Separate into individual sliders. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
