Cocktail Sauce Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon finely ground black pepper
  • 1 cup cocktail sauce or zesty cocktail sauce
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
  • Mini rolls, for serving

How to Make:

  1. Combine beef, breadcrumbs, onion, Worcestershire sauce, egg, salt and pepper in large bowl. Portion beef mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  2. Place meatballs into slow cooker and coat evenly with cocktail sauce. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or on high for 2-3 hours.
  3. Once meatballs are tender, set slow cooker to warm. Garnish meatballs with parsley and serve with rolls.
