Cocktail Sauce Meatballs

Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon finely ground black pepper
- 1 cup cocktail sauce or zesty cocktail sauce
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
- Mini rolls, for serving
How to Make:
- Combine beef, breadcrumbs, onion, Worcestershire sauce, egg, salt and pepper in large bowl. Portion beef mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Place meatballs into slow cooker and coat evenly with cocktail sauce. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or on high for 2-3 hours.
- Once meatballs are tender, set slow cooker to warm. Garnish meatballs with parsley and serve with rolls.
