- 1 cup shredded double cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/3 cup white cheddar popcorn seasoning
- 1 tbsp. yellow mustard
- 2 tsp. white vinegar
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package directions. When the pasta is cooked, drain and rinse under cold water.
- While the elbow macaroni is cooking, combine shredded cheese, sour cream, mayo, celery, red bell pepper, red onion, white cheddar popcorn seasoning, yellow mustard, and white vinegar. Stir to combine thoroughly.
- Once the elbow macaroni is cooled, toss with the cheese sauce.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour. Can be made up to two days ahead.
Notes: Any shredded cheddar can be substituted for the shredded double cheddar. Try Mexican blend, Italian blend, or taco seasoned to mix it up!
