- 1 pkg. (16 oz) American processed cheese, cut into cubes
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 cup chopped jalapeños, or to taste
- 1 lb. Italian sausage, at room temperature
- 2 cups biscuit baking mix
- 1 pkg. (12 oz) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
How to Make:
- In a slow cooker, combine tomatoes, American cheese cubes, paprika, and jalapeños. Cook on low for 1–2 hours until hot, stirring occasionally.
- Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 350°F. Combine sausage, biscuit mix, and shredded cheddar. Mix well and knead to combine.
- Use a small scoop to form 30 1-inch balls and transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden and fully cooked.
- When ready to serve, dip meatballs into cheese and enjoy!
