Loaded Hot Honey Cornbread

Serves: 6-8

Ingredients:

  • 2 (6 oz) packages hot honey cornbread mix, prepared according to package directions
  • 1 cup whole kernel golden sweet corn, drained
  • 1 cup cream style corn
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh green onions, plus more for garnish
  • 4 slices center cut sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled, divided

How to Make:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease 9×9-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
  2. Prepare cornbread mix according to package directions. Add corn, cream corn, sour cream, cheddar, green onions, and half of the bacon and mix until combined.
  3. Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish in an even layer. Top with remaining bacon.
  4. Bake until golden-brown and center is set, about 30-35 minutes.
  5. Garnish with additional green onions and serve.
