Mr. Ping’s Twirl & Kick Noodles

Serves: 4 Bowls of Noodles

Ingredients:

  • 1 (16oz) pkg thin spaghetti
  • 1/2 cup hoisin sauce, plus 1 tbsp
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter, warmed
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 (12oz) pkg steamin’ easy Asian blend seasoned vegetables
  • 1/4 cup authentic wonton strips
  • 1 green onion, sliced

How to Make:

  1. With help from a grown-up, prepare the spaghetti according to package directions. Drain it and return the noodles to the pan. Stir in the peanut butter, 1/2 cup hoisin sauce, and garlic. Make sure it’s all combined!
  2. Divide the noodles into 4 deep bowls. Use a pair of tongs to twirl them into nests.
  3. Prepare the veggies in the microwave according to package directions. Open the bag carefully, it’s hot! Add 1 tbsp of hoisin sauce and toss it to combine.
  4. Divide the veggie mixture between the 4 noodle nests and top each one with wonton strips and green onion slices. Serve it up while it’s still hot!

Mr. Ping’s Tip: You can add your own secret ingredient if you wish! Try pairing this with a soft-boiled egg, chicken or more veggies.
